Simeon Jenkins is the Head of Art & Media and President of Fourth House Creatives, overseeing the company’s operations in Atlanta as it expands its reach across the country. His expertise in creative production, combined with his sharp business acumen, has been instrumental in shaping the company’s success. A true visionary, Simeon is deeply involved in every aspect of the company’s growth, from managing operations to building a collaborative culture that prioritizes excellence.
With a strong background in film, photography, and audio-visual production, Simeon brings over a decade of hands-on experience. His skills in bridging the gap between creativity and practicality ensure seamless project execution, consistently delivering exceptional results. He thrives in environments that encourage collaboration and has a talent for empowering his team to exceed expectations.
Film has always been a part of Simeon’s life. From his early fascination with camera work to his current role overseeing creative production, he sees film as a unique art form that blends various disciplines into a single powerful medium. His personal goal is to inspire high-level craftsmanship in others, proving that raw talent is just the starting point and that true growth comes from consistent focus and pushing past one’s limits.
Simeon’s approach to work is guided by a simple philosophy: “If you show up and prepare properly, you’ll do exactly what you’re meant to.” This mindset not only drives his own work ethic but also motivates those around him to perform at their best. He believes in being present and focused on the task at hand, helping others develop their skills and rise to challenges.
When he’s not leading the creative production process, Simeon enjoys voice acting, photographing cosplay, and reminiscing about classic anime like IGPX. A lifelong fan of local media, he still dreams of one day making an appearance on GPTV.

Yoshua Israel, Vision & Operations
Yoshua Israel serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Fourth House Creatives. With his strategic mindset and relentless work ethic, Yoshua is dedicated to planning out the company’s growth through strategic partnerships and maximizing every resource at his disposal to benefit the company. His leadership extends beyond daily operations, as he envisions long-term success while continually working to expand the company’s reach and impact in the creative industry.
Yoshua lives by the mantras:
"He who serves best is most profitable,"
which to him means that the greatest thing he can do is to be a servant—a steward of talent, places, and things. His philosophy is that true success comes from lifting others up and helping them realize their full potential.He adds: "I’m Hyman Roth, so made all my partners rich. I can’t vouch for you. If you ain’t a part of this." — American poet Sean C. Carter.
In essence, Yoshua plans to make those around him wealthy, but only those who are loyal and reciprocal, as he believes in vouching for and supporting only those who truly contribute to the shared vision.His passion for film lies in the power of world-building and the ability to immerse an audience completely in a storyteller’s vision. Wes Anderson is his favorite director, admired for his use of symmetry, colors, and carefully crafted character backgrounds that breathe life into every frame. Yoshua believes that film is not just about telling a story, but about creating a world that audiences can step into and live within.
Professionally, Yoshua aspires to build enough influence and success to become a model of excellence for filmmakers worldwide. His goal is not just to achieve greatness for himself, but to inspire the next generation of creatives, lifting others as he climbs.
Outside of his professional life, Yoshua is an avid tennis player and will take on anyone willing to step onto the court. He also has a deep love for coconut water, which he enjoys as much as his passion for film.

Aidid Byer, Creative Director
Hailing proudly from Atlanta, Georgia, AididByer is a dynamic creative force whose work spans music, visual art, and high-concept creative direction. As a native of the city, he’s deeply rooted in its culture—not only artistically, but also through a lived knowledge of its hidden gems. Whether it’s directing you from J.R. Crickets to Nobu, Aidid has an intuitive sense of Atlanta’s culinary map, able to match food spots to any mood, taste, or time of day.
Musically, Aidid has carved out a distinctive sound across projects like Purple Prelude (2021), Freaky Prelude (2020), and INBETWEEN SPRING ll (2023), blending hip-hop with experimental textures to create immersive sonic landscapes. His music videos—such as “NO SHROOMS”—showcase his gift for visual storytelling, pushing boundaries and aesthetics with ease.
His fashion sense is equally artistic. Aidid's style bridges the past and present, mixing vintage finds with high-end modern pieces. From rare Japanese denim to a thoughtfully curated Nike collection, his wardrobe is an extension of his creative identity—bold, intentional, and ever-evolving.

Stephanie "Meech" Amichia, General Manager
Stephanie, affectionately known as "Meech," is a passionate soul committed to capturing the creative essence of individuals through her lens. Her dedication extends to cultivating both art and community, viewing art as the language of the soul. Meech thrives on the joy of bringing forth the vision of one's soul and exploring the intricate web of human experiences through her hobbies in sociology and psychology.
Professionally, Meech aspires to emulate figures like Oprah in talk shows and community provision. Her overarching goal is to transform "The Blueprint is Black" into a talk show, where communities share everyday stories, with the platform's success contributing to initiatives like building schools and providing free childcare and health services.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Meech is a proud mother and a skilled basketball player with a scholarship to LSU. Standing at 6'1", she humorously refers to her five-year-old son as "little." Meech lives by the mantra, "It's not for you," recognizing the transformative power of her work for the audience and community. Her open-minded approach, rooted in her Christian beliefs, embraces various perspectives for personal growth and understanding.

As Head of Production at Fourth House Creatives, where he brings a sharp eye and steady hand to every frame. Passionate about creating content that people—including himself—genuinely enjoy, Jaylan has built a growing portfolio in both photography and videography. His work is grounded in authenticity, always aiming to capture real moments with clarity and creativity.
Outside of the production world, Jaylan unwinds with anime, gaming, and a solid game of pool. Though he tends to be reserved at first, once he opens up, his social and approachable energy puts others at ease—an essential quality for a team leader and storyteller.
Jaylan’s ultimate goal is to make photography and videography his full-time career, with a reputation for delivering work that clients trust and audiences appreciate. Through his role at Fourth House, he’s not only honing his craft but also building toward a future where his visual work leaves a lasting impact.
Jaylan might come off quiet at first, but once he's in the zone, his humor and energy make any shoot feel like a collaboration among friends.
